James was a small time criminal at the age of 9 he was whipped for larceny, at age 10 he was whipped for larceny, at age 12 he was sentenced to 14 years transportation to Van Diemens Land. James Birkill is my Great Grandfather.
John Foster and his wife Margaret left Birlenshaw, West Yorkshire to start a new life in the Port Phillip Colony in 1880. He is my Great Grandfather.
After her husband died in 1855 in Prussia, Fredericke Dunneman brought the rest of her children out to meet up with her eldest son Augustus, in 1850. One of her children, Christian is my Great Great Grandfather

The Caird of Barullion, the last Pictish King of Scotland, King of the Tinkler Gypsies of Ayrshire and King of the Randies. Billy is a direct Ancestor of Mike and Jarrod Foster through their mother, Lynley Marshall.
Alfred was the 22 year old son of a London jeweller, when one night whilst working back late he got into a fight with one of his colleagues. Unfortunately for Alfred the chap died and Alfred was charged with murder. He was found guilty of Manslaughter and transported for Life to the Swan River Colony. Alfred is a direct Ancestor of Xavier Foster through his mother Alison Klein and his Grandmother Maxine Altham.
